Firstly, The interview was done as a "group effort", essentially they was no individualized opportunity to best represent self other than the average ice breaker for the first day of 6th grade.
Admirations about commissions and "making big money" per the Head of the interview were pursued heavily. I personally felt they embodied more about money to be made than any other aspect pertaining the job itself.
