I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Best Learning Shenyang (Shenyang, Liaoning) in Jul 2015
Interview
I used a recruiter to find the position. I had a quick phone interview with the recruiter who then helped set up a Skype interview a dew days later with Best Learning. I ended up having 2 interviews with the American hiring managers. The first interview was about an hour long. We mostly talked about my previous teaching experience and how working at BLS would be different. I was a few very basic questions, but spent most of the time comparing experiences. The second interview was much longer but much more casual. I was offered the position immediately in the interview and we spend the rest of the time talking about how the job would be, the working conditions, and documents for the visas. We also covered personal topics like hobbies and pets, and how those would transfer to living in China

Question 1
There were not many interview questions, I think they were looking more for the right personality. We talked about my past teaching experiences and compared them to the way Best Learning teaches. The only interview questions were very basic like: strengths, weaknesses, and what I would do in a classroom or life abroad scenario
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Best Learning Shenyang (St. John's, NL) in Nov 2014
Interview
An hour long interview via Skype, the employer asks questions about previous experience and thoroughly explains the requirements and outline of the position. The interview itself is very relaxed and casual. The time is usually flexible and it was a positive experience. The only requirement is a device capable of using Skype and an internet connection.
