Applied to a job posting at the start of the year in January on MCF. Interview was OK but don't expect a follow up from them because they will not update you.
Up till now (June) they are still actively posting on MCF looking for a UI/UX Designer. Is your company seriously hiring or just gathering free insights and ideas from job seekers?

Interview
The entire interview process was very unprofessional. The interviewers were having small talks about their own staff's performance while conducting my interview right in front of me. One of the interviewer was unhappy with my case study and walked out of the interview halfway. The other interviewer had to apologise to me on his or her behalf.
