Highly unprofessional interview experience, which says a lot about how their company is run. Avoid!! Firstly, they don’t have HR, and the interviews are run by a random employee who has no knowledge of the role or how to do an interview. If someone has taken the time to travel from another state to interview with you AND you have let them know that you’re the perfect candidate and the job’s basically yours after you’ve spoken with “upper management”...and you tell them you’ll let them know in two days, it’s common courtesy TO LET THEM KNOW. Even if it is a rejection. Don’t completely ignore their follow up email because you’re not professional enough to know how to send a response. Don’t hire people or conduct interviews if you don’t know the basics of how to. It’s a waste of everyone’s time. But it was good to find out this way how unprofessional this company is, instead of joining it and then realizing. Also they will low ball the salary a lot and not offer any benefits. Office space is also very cramped and loud. Stay away.
