Phone interview then in-person interview with the QA manager, an engineer, and the HR specialist. Each interview was 1 on 1 and kept fairly short, around 15 minutes. I was told that there would be a second interview with the higher-ups if I was one of the selected candidates, followed by a tour of the company. It sounded like a good work environment.
