I applied online, answered a few easy questions through a virtual, asynchronous interview, and then had an in-person interview. My interviewer was polite and easy to talk to, and even called to offer me the job shortly after we met. However, when I accepted the position, they never answered another phone call or text I sent them. I tried for two weeks to get ahold of them, but I was completely ghosted after accepting the position, which struck me as unprofessional.
