Unprofessional to say the least. After an initial phone call learning more about the role, I did a virtual interview with an internal leader. The interviewer asked very basic questions, unable to describe the duties of the role in detail, and seemed not to have reviewed my resume before the interview. After moving to the next round, I was invited to an in-person interview at the office- immediately a red flag. A person was in a lawn chair, arguing on the phone in front of the entrance. Upon entry, there were food containers everywhere; it looked like they just catered lunch but left a very messy workspace. They had a digital calendar in the waiting area - I noticed my interview was not scheduled there. I asked for the person who I was told would meet me for the interview - absolutely no one knew or was aware of my interview, and the person who was meant to greet me was not there... I waited for quite a while in a random chair. Eventually, the person who was sitting in a lawn chair on the phone at the entrance brought me back to a back office for the interview. Here it was pretty standard, although they did not have many questions for me - it was mostly me asking them the questions. During the experience, they informed me that they needed to fill the position immediately and that they do not let staff take any time off at all during June, July, and August for any reason - they chuckled at that. They then told me they would get back to me by next week. They did not and only got back to me when I reached out to them for a status update the following week.
