I was interviewed by a regional manager and a Clinical Speech Pathology Lead. They were both warm and welcoming which made me feel less nervous. Instead of a question and answer type interview format, it felt more like a conversation as they would add encouraging comments after my responses. Even though I didn’t get an offer the interview itself was a very pleasant experience and I received timely feedback after the interview process which was also really helpful.

It was conducted online (through Microsoft Teams) with a discipline specific team leader (i.e. speech pathologist for speech path interviews, physio for physio interviews) and a clinical leader from another discipline turned management panel.
