lots of rounds, but efficient as none of the rounds last longer than 30 min, only the take home task which you should do takes between 2-4 hours. The task was compensated generously

Several interviews. A take home assignment in PHP, which was a bit weird, since the job posting mentioned Ruby on Rails. Two fast paced technical assessment interviews with questions about everything from security, database creation, caching strategies, and how the browsers render HTML and what blocks what.
