      Interview

The interview process was thorough. I was first contacted with a phone interview from someone at the National Office in HR. Then the hiring manager set up a video interview that was a little more formal. Finally, I met the hiring manager and other property staff at the location. I was contacted a few days later to offer the position!

      Interview

Very easy got called within a week of applying for an interview. Was called and given the position after a day or two of the interview. The interview questions did seem ridiculous for the job I was applying for.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Better Tomorrows (San Diego, CA) in Jun 2018

      Interview

I applied from out of state ahead of a move to the area. I had a very positive, comprehensive, and thorough interview with an HR rep, who told me that they would contact me shortly with an interview from the manager. About three weeks later, I reached out to them via email to ask if they were still interested. The next week, I received a voicemail from the manager in question, and called back within an hour - she was out of the office, so I left a message detailing my availability. A week later, I called again and reached her; we had a wonderful and extensive phone interview. She told me that I would be contacted shortly for another phone interview with the manager from the property in the community in which I would be working. After two weeks, I tried reaching out. I reached out once a week for four subsequent weeks, with no answer at all. I then reached out to the HR rep that I initially interviewed with, and was told if a decision had been made. "No, we haven't acted on the position yet", she said, and told me that they were "trying to work out another interview" between me and the property manager. Three weeks later, I got an e-mail thanking me for my time but telling me that they were moving in another direction. Instead of angrily e-mailing a reply, I decided to share my experience via a review.
