Application with additional documents, phone interview, submit an involved work sample (choose a product and build out a product management system, roadmap, etc.) and do a related presentation, then another whole round of interviews. It's a social justice related organization but it eliminates people who don't have the resources to spend literally days on an application. But they were upfront about the steps at the beginning.
