Interview
I initially had a phone interview to see if I was a good fit. I was then told that I would be sent a link to schedule an appointment at my convenience. A week later interviewed with four people all individually.

What are some of your strengths and weakness. How do you handle a difficult customer. A lot of what would you do...in this situation???
The interview was great. The interviewer was warm and friendly. We discussed the job, expectations, responsibilities. The interview ended and I was contacted two hour later and seng over an offer letter.
It was a pretty standard process, phone call with recruiter and then interview with a specialist from your team. The typical customer service questions you would expect. Easy conversations with both recruiter and supervisor.

It was really easy and personal. The first interview they basically want to know about you and why you wanted to work for them. Once you get done with the first one then you have a second one with the hiring manager.
