Okay so I have tried to get in with this company twice. The first time I tried they brought me in and all the people that were supposed to interview me weren't even available which was a waste of my time. So I ended up not getting the job which was ok with me but unorganized on their end. The second time I tried to apply in the interview the 2 men were talking over me with each other while I was trying to sell myself. That was very unprofessional and rude plus I never heard back from them even after they told me I would know either way. I reached out twice and they ignored me and left me High and dry. I'm glad I wasn't chosen if this Is how they treat people.

Interview
I applied via Builtin Chicago. I was scheduled for a phone interview within two weeks. The recruiter called me earlier than the scheduled time. He was rudely brief. He asked for my salary history, which was illegal and has been illegal. This recruiter was a seasoned professional, no less. He misunderstood my questions and snapped at me. The recruiter had little patience; it was obvious that he interviews many people per day. Overall, the interview was awkward and unpleasant. I also received a rejection e-mail almost immediately after the call.
