The interview was online in a very laidback environment. Interviewer was very relaxed and was very transparent when asked questions about moving up and within the company. It was mostly just talking about every stuff to get a feel for the person being interviewed
The interview process includes an application review, a phone screening, and a formal interview. They assess experience, communication skills, and job fit before making a hiring decision. The process was easy overall.

Very informative, talent recruiter answered all of my questions and gave a great picture of what to expect, next steps, and time frame. Left a great impression of the company
The interview process was a 2 part process but seamless nonetheless. They want people who are personable and with a willingness to help people. You'll do a little bit a role playing in the second interview but being yourself is the real key.
