Interview
Once you know someone working it's easy to get a job. Got asked simple questions such as who was my current or former employer. How much experience did I have.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Beyond the Box (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2018
Interview
I had one interview with the Owner of the company. He was really friendly and laid back. He went over my resume and we talked about my experience and my education. I was originally scheduled to meet in the Dallas office, however the day of the interview, the owner has me to meet at a restaurant in The Colony- which was kind of inconvenient because I scheduled my day around the interview. This company also operates as "Edible Ideas Inc."

Question 1
The questions were really simple. Asked questions regarding my previous experience and why I was looking for a new job. He explained what he was looking for and was very straightforward about the position.
I found the job posting on Zip recruiter, where it stated pay was $40,000-$45,000 plus commission. I received an offer the following day via email, which offered a salary that was wayyyyyyyyyyyyy less. When asked about the difference, he stated that he was looking for someone with a little more experience.
