Basically there were 2 rounds,the 1st one consisting of group discussion and the other one an interview. The HR will give a topic which would be generic and there would be many points that a person think of. The interview round also went as group discussion as we were made sit together and were given a topic on which each has to tell his or her views. Not a difficult process as only communication and presence of mind is checked.

first there was a company introduction . then there is a test for english and aptitude, then there is group discussion with technical and personal interview then the final result was declared on the same date
