It consists in a previous introductory skype video call, then a technical case, followed by serie of one to one interviews with managers and chiefs related with your role.
In this interviews there is a presentation of the company and the role, review of the case resolution, your background, skills, overview about the stack, evaluate a cultural fit.
Finally, the first candidate may have a "day in the office" to meet the team in person, and know better each other.
After the process is finished, all the members of the team are willing to help you out with any onboarding issues.
