Every one of us went through a slightly different process, but for the most part it's a phoner interview, then an in person. Meet with the director, then the CTO. Super fast turn around.

Question 1

Standard tech interview questions using data stuctures, and explaining big O notation. Then some general discussion stuff to see if you'll fit in in the office. With a small team, this is super important and they've nailed down their ability to sniff out people who fit with everyone.

They seem to struggle with scheduling and being communicative. They were a no show to the first round interview. The interviewer didn't show up to the call at all. Completely missed it.

It was a smooth process. There was an introductory phone interview and then a formal interview. We talked employment history, company environment, and did a few whiteboard questions. It was pretty much what you would expect.
