A few days later they contacted me asking me to fill out a questionnaire with a variety of random questions- 'What is the latest book you read that intrigued you, tell us about it', 'How did you hear about Big Sky Associates', 'How do you rely on others to make you better', 'Describe a time you didn't know how to do something'. About a week after I filled this out they contacted me asking for an interview. Two weeks after I completed the first interview I was asked to meet with someone from the team.
