Interview
Fairly straight forward interview process. Seemed to be more concerned with culture fit than prior experience. Very informal and relaxed. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. However, this may be more dependent on the position you apply for.

Interview
Applied for the job online. Received ano email a week later that read "call me". I immediately assumed the person was an employee due to the unprofessional email. But, it was Matt Stearn, the owner. Did the interview. Weeks later unexpectedly was at home, was told to come in at 1pm.

What can you tell me about yourself experience with marketing and account management?

Interview
After applying online, I received a very short email message asking me to give the company a call to schedule an interview. I called them and I spoke to the manager on the phone. He was once again very short with me in an awkward kind of way. I went in for my scheduled interview and the manager told me that my resume "changed his life." I asked why that was and he basically told me that he had never seen someone get through college with such bad work experience. This was at the beginning of the interview and I immediately knew at that that point I did not want to work for such a rude man. He even took a phone call and left the room for 5 minutes during my interview. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend. I drove almost an hour each way for a 10 minutes interview with a condescending manager.
