Had phone interview with someone from HR, if you can call it that. The toughest question I got was "what are your hobbies". The only real action that HR took was to set up a second in-person interview with someone. Met with 1 Sr. Manager and 2 Directors on second round of interviews. Again, very limited questioning with easy answers. Second round of in-person interview, met with managing director and VP.
