Interviews were scheduled for 30 minutes. I talked with several other candidates while waiting. The interview was with a committee of 4, and they each asked two behavioral type questions. I wasn't really expecting these kinds of questions, and I was really nervous. They scored each answer, and the highest scoring candidates were later interviewed by the college President.
