Interview
I had the same experience with the guy below who interviewed for the Operations manager position. Interview itself wasn’t difficult but It looked like they never wanted this position to be filled. The lady who interviewed me for the 2nd round interview never turned her camera on, was super dismissive and it sounded like she didn’t even read through my resume before the interview.
Then hr ghosted me after the 2nd interview. Tbh I had positive thoughts about this company but the experience ruined it all. Companies should remember that interview candidates may also be potential customers.

Interview
My worst interview experience ever, the interviewer is super mean. As if they never want this position to be filled, questions are nothing professional-related, all very aggressive and preconceived, its generally more like a stress testing.
