I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bitscopic (Palo Alto, CA) in Jan 2023
Interview
I enjoyed it. Started with a screening which included a coding question. from there on to a tech interview which lasted ~2 hrs. After that met with one of the co-founders. They do things a little differently, but it is efficient and transparent, so you get a good sense for the company, culture, day to day work etc.

Interview
very transparent and efficient process. Started with a questions form & screening call by the recruiter. From there, I had a two hour tech interview where it felt more like brainstorming session than me being grilled.. a variety of technical questions. From there, I met one of the cofounders got a chance to ask my questions. He was were very authentic and transparent about what he thought to be the strength of the team, but also the challenges that they’re working with. He gave me an opportunity to express any concerns I had not had a chance to raise or felt hesitant to raise. We discussed through them and he offered to show me the product as that was one of the concerns I had. Overall, the great experience and I ended up getting an offer.
