      Technical Support Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Bitsight

      Interview

They set up an interview call with a good amount of questions set in an informal tone, the direct manager, that made me feel at ease. Afterwards they sent me three "customer support scenario" problems to answer. After sending it back the day after, I was invited to the next stage with a higher role in the company. The interview was much more focused on difficult situations, how would I react and also to give examples of past experiences, with an inquisitive approach, that I tried to reply honestly instead of strategically. Even if I were turned down I would still have a good overview of the process. What is extremely negative is that they never gave me feedback even after a direct email asking for it. The administrative replied back asking "how did the interview go??" that is really not what you expect after commiting and spending time applying to a company. A no would have been much more welcomed and professional.

You are absolutely correct, a response of some kind should have been delivered to you and the fact that it wasn't, I apologize. When I look in our system, I see that all candidates that were interviewed, have been contacted and provided with feedback. If that is not the case, I would like the opportunity to still be able to close the loop with you. If you are willing, please reach out to me and I can provide you with the feedback you deserve. My email is chrissy.joseph@bitsighttech.com I would like to provide any clarity possible and thank you again for the feedback.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Bitsight (Apex, NC) in Mar 2020

      Interview

Super convoluted 7 step process that will take multiple hours to complete. They seem like a mess of an organization, a lot of communication errors throughout the process made by BitSight. They also aren’t very forthcoming with feedback and when you do get it it’s not very meaningful. Seems like the bare minimum to work there is literally be perfect in every way and have no flaws at all, at least the feedback they give leaves the impression they make decisions based on very petty things. Honestly feel like I dodged a bullet here. I went through the entire process and got nothing but positive feedback the whole time but still didn’t get the offer based on one person on the team saying no. Something tells me that whoever they hired instead of me isn’t perfect in every way either, but what do I know. Wouldn’t recommend
