O processo da Bizay teve uma primeira fase com RH, bastante tranquila, e depois uma entrevista com a manager. Nessa segunda fase fazem perguntas de lógica — do tipo em que há uma resposta certa. É importante explicar sempre o raciocínio passo a passo.

Interview
The interaction felt quite direct and objective. The interviewer focused mainly on technical and specific questions about my background, from my university years through all of my professional experiences, which left little room for a more conversational exchange.
I noticed that the tone of the interview was more about assessing skills than encouraging an open dialogue, making the experience somewhat less welcoming than I had anticipated.
In the end I received feedback - a standard email where they did not even change my gender - and got no response from my email asking the reason so I could improve in the future.
