The interview was very professional and friendly. Then, a home assignment was sent by email. They did send an email right after the assignment submission, apologizing for the delay. No one followed up after the assignment was sent, for about two weeks. (I had to do the follow up).
They kept asking strange and irrelevant questions, which made the entire process unnecessarily long and confusing. It felt like they were intentionally delaying their decision and avoiding giving a clear answer of acceptance.

I was contacted by a recruiter a while ago. On the 2nd stage, I did the interview with the company. Please note there is not a HR Team, my interview was arranged by a receptionist and the recruiter.
On the interview day, I went through my cv and at the end you will do a test in 15 minutes.
Apparently, they need solicitors on the department however, because the wage band is really high you will get paid as an analyst professional hence, the role is advertised as Analyst.
By the way, the role seems really interesting but really complex.
