Black Diamond Video interview questions

I had two over the phone interviews, and two in-person panel style interviews. The first in-person interview was with two other technicians and a manager, and the second was with three managers and one of the technicians from the first interview. Most of the questions were centered around my customer service experience and technical knowledge. There were quite a few curveball questions designed to see how I handle new and unfamiliar situations. I got the impression I'll be having to be think quickly and decisively fairly often, and also be able to figure out solutions to problems I may not have encountered before.
