The founder was 40 minutes late to the interview. Never apologized. This was an interesting interview experience, as she asked the same 5 basic questions everyone else asked. It was an easy interview for a Director level position.

Same questions 5 rounds over. It was not a difficult interview.
The interview process took 8 weeks from start to finish. It was very comprehensive, which consisted of meeting multiple staff members from all levels within the organization. The human resource department was responsive and as transparent as they could be with the overall timeline of the process. Although it took 8 weeks, it was still progressed smoothly.
