Absolutely grueling. I had to do a 30 minute phone screen with them, then a 4-hour long coding challenge. When I got there (with no reimbursement for parking), I did a presentation, which I was told about and for which I prepared, but then I was presented with yet another technical challenge in the form of a whiteboard session, which I was not told about at all. They blindsided me, and I was not equipped with the mindset or any practice for this entry level job walking into the whiteboard session. I then proceeded to get grilled for another 3 or so hours, and then the following day I found out that my performance for the whiteboard session was disqualifying, but they wasted my time with an additional 3 hours of interviewing anyway. Awful company to interview for, they all seemed like they were in a cult.
