I applied for the job on Indeed and the practice manager called about a week after I submitted the application to set up a virtual interview. When we spoke on the phone, she asked me to tell her a bit about my background. The virtual interview was with her and the clinical manager. The interview wasn't difficult as the questions asked were straightforward. I sent over references a few days later. I found out this morning I wasn't offered the position. Although I didn't ask, I suspect was due to my not being able to work full time and on Saturdays until after I take the MCAT. While I was excited about working in primary care, I wasn't sure if this position was the right fit because I would prefer to continue to work with one provider as opposed to switching providers each day.
