Blackwood interview questions

I was introduced to Balckwood via a rec2rec. Fairly standard interview process and questions. No trick questions. Nice people and respectful. Met a few people throughout the process and all of them were professional and friendly. Conversational interview styles.

Initial VC with head of practice discussing experience and nature of the company and role followed by a 2nd stage in person meeting with a Principal and associate going through your experience and any questions you may have.
