The entire process was amicable and professional. I was asked a standardized list of questions about my previous work experiences, my strengths, my weaknesses, and why I wanted to work there. There were no off-the-wall questions like, "How many basketballs would fit in this room?" or "When a hotdog is overcooked which way does it split first and why?"
