I contacted the hiring manager directly and had multiple conversations with him. It took several weeks for the recruiter to contact me and a few days to to a video interview with the team. The hiring manager assured me that I would be hearing back from them in a day or two. Blanchard Machinery then 'ghosted' me for more than 3 weeks and has still not followed up on the interview. They lack the professional courage to follow up with candidates that are not selected.
