There were two interviews, first with the branch manager and the HR person and the second one was with the branch manager and the VP of retail banking. The first interview went over what I have done at my previous job and how I believe I'll be able to use those skills at Spire. The second interview was more about understanding the vision of the company and seeing if I align with those values.
