      Graduate Trainee Interview

      Mar 10, 2024
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Blenheim Chalcot (London, England)

      Interview

It was ok. Pretty well structured, the role was quite misleading. As if you are just doing left over work. Rude interviewer during assessment Center from HR. Very dismissive and looked completely uninterested.

      Interview

The interview process is through and has a good atmosphere. You are given time and the resources to prepare a meaningful piece of work ahead of the assessment day interviews, and ample opportunity to showcase your interpersonal skills. I was unsuccessful in my application, and following a notification e-mail Blenheim Chalcot offered a feedback video call to discuss performance and offer advice.

      Graduate Trainee Interview

      Dec 23, 2023
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Blenheim Chalcot in Oct 2023

      Interview

I had an awful experience with this company. After going through the application process I was not given any update or offered any feedback at any point. I had tried to contact HR but was ignored before finally getting an update after 2 months. In the prior interviews I had clearly stated the type of role I was looking for, given my background, but offered something entirely different - for context I have a BSc in comp sci, internship experience at big-tech but was offered an account management position despite clearly stating my career ambitions. AVOID massive waste of time - why not just introduce projects to candidates before wasting their time??? This so called graduate program is just a scam for the companies to get cheap labour for their start-ups
