Applied thought Linkedin. I had an initial phone call with a Recruiter. That led to the second round with the hiring manager, questions regarding why Blink and why I am leaving my current employer. The third round is a panel interview over 2 day period with 5 to 6 people. Which went very well. The final round was with the VP of Finance. Everyone I talked to had great energy and excitement about Blink's future and it showed in the interview process.
