5 Rounds of Interviews with internal recruiter, hiring manager, and many adjacent staff. Overall the interview process moved quickly but the team seemed unsure what they were hoping for before deciding to go with a different candidate.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Blink Health in Nov 2022
Interview
Muddled interview with multiple changes to requirements during the process. Started with recruiter then 1:1 session with IC. Then met with manager, director of department and director of partner team in one day. Then they requested that I meet with the manager again where I received very different impression of role from the first interview. That all took place over 4 weeks with changes in dates and requests. Finally requested I meet with another senior level person which was not specified when process first began.

Used coding platform for SQL questions but it wasn't set up correctly so wasn't actually able to run queries.
