      Global Customer Support Summer Interview

      Apr 3, 2016
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (London, England) in Mar 2016

      Interview

Phone Interview where I was asked the following questions: 1) Tell me about BloomBerg? 2) What are Bloomberg’s products 3) What are Bloomberg’s Competitors: 4) Who are Bloomberg’s clients? 5) Why Bloomberg? 6) Why This Job? 8) What is the difference between good and excellent customer’s services? 9) What are your experiences in Customer Services? At the end of the phone interview you are welcome to ask questions. After phone interview I received an E-mail inviting for a recruitment event at the London Office. You will wait together with all the other applicants for the recruitment officer at the Pantry where you are welcome to help yourself with all the offered snacks and drinks. Once the Recruitment officer arrives, you will be taken to a presentation room with all the others applicants where the RH officer will give a short presentation about Bloomberg. Once she finishes it she will hand the presentation to the Global Customer Support team where they will give another presentation about GCUS. After that, you and the other applicants will asked to briefly introduce yourself and say something special about you. Once all the applicants finish to introduce themselves, everyone will be divided into teams and each team will be asked to come up with an APP idea for Bloomberg and present it, if I remember well, each team will be given 30 min to complete the task. In the meanwhile the GCUS team will be observing you and taking notes. After that your team and you will be taken on a tour around the building. Once tour is finished you all the be assigned a member of the GCUS team that will test you on a play role interview. The play role consistes of a easy customer enquire: on a computer you will have to find the information the customer is asking for ( example: How much is the ticket cost for a museum?) and the second role play is about a situation where you will be under pressure (example: a customer complaining about a late delivery). Once the role play is finished you will have a one to one interview where all the questions that have been asked on the phone interview will be once again asked face to face. Good Luck!
