There was a phone screen that quickly followed my application. Basic questions and I was soon asked to come to a super day. Everyone was really friendly and the questions were not too bad at all.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
