In terms of questions, the interview was pretty common, I've been asked mostly questions about my motivation, the interviewer was really friendly and it did not seem like an interview, but like a very nice conversation.
Before the interview they make an arrangements, and call at time. Then, at the second stage I had the second round of the porocess, the interview with a team. They were also friendly and nice.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
