It was a skype interview. I just passed the online step and got to go in the Paris office to skype with the London office. It was a first good overview of the workplace.

The process began with resume screening and an online assessment, followed by a recorded video interview and a phone interview. The first and second rounds focused heavily on diving deep into my motivation and assessing job fit. The final interview was centered on gauging my commitment and whether I would accept the offer if extended.

Begins with a personality assesment that also includes puzzles meant to test pattern recognition. The assesment and the personality quiz takes about 30-40 minutes and requires no preperation before hand.
