Interview
Video Interview (preset questions that you record answers to), Phone Interview (about 30-40 minutes), Skype Interview with Sydney Offices (about an hour). Talked with recruitment team based in SG who were really helpful on giving tips for the Skype Interview. Interview with the Syd office was a little confusing - recruiter explained that having a finance background wasnt necessary and if finance qs were asked it was about how you would handle a question you didnt know the answer to.. but the Sydney interviewers asked a lot of finance based questions and about current financial news - in the end they were looking for more technical/finance specific answers which I couldnt provide. Their recruitment team was really friendly and helpful though.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

Interview
4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
