Initial 30 min phone interview followed by tour/shadowing and 1 panel interview, followed by second round final interview with head of dept. Work culture is very unique - if you research this and mention it in an interview you should be in. They love suck ups.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
