      Video interview - you have to record a video with your answers, if you screw up, keep refreshing the page, it won't stop you from attempts. First interview: I had 3 people Second interview: on the day and it was with 2 people Third interview with HEAD of EMEA After that, assessment tests every 8 days, For 9+ weeks. Then A final test based on everything you learned in 9 weeks. And a language test which can take up to 1 month You will also have role - play tests every 8 days. Once all tests are passed you will have monthly tests at work Hours 8-5 but can be 8-5.30 please be aware you have to come earlier! Language test at the end. - which can take up to months as they want 100%

      There was a small test at the end role play and shadowing a customer representative, - who is Bloomberg? - what do we do? - how Technical are you - what would you do if you bought a Tv and it won't turn on - what is customer service? - what does going the extra mile for customers mean for you? - how do you do it? - your experience in customer service - give us one bad experience - one good experience - one difficult moment and how you solved it - what do you know about the financial markets? - what else do you know about bloomberg? - who is the competitor? - who are the clients? - who is the CEO? - would you spend all your money (if you had it) on the best Laptop in the world? - if yes then why? - what would you look at when buying a laptop - why laptop and not desktop?

      Company sent an invitation for a Pre-recorded video interview, this is the standard. However later they decided to conduct a phone interview instead. They called it he same day. It took 30 min.

      Started with introduction from both parts. Then he went to my experience, what is a good citometria service to me and asked an example when I exceed expectations. Second part was about Bloomberg, its competitors, products and values. Third and final part was about the role I was applying and my fit tô it. Then he open to questions. Advice: Do Your Research!!
