Interview
First round is a video recorded interview, you are asked to answer to 6 basic questions within a limited time. Moreover, you have a quick call with an HR to discuss the position and the department.
Once your CV is shortlisted, you get an interview with two team members. Technical and CV-oriented questions.
Third turn is a Manager interview.
Last turn is a meeting with the head of the department.
Video call with 2-3 rounds interview with different people. Case was given in a group setting that you have to work with other candidates. After that you will get into breakout rooms for 1-2-1 interviews where they will ask about your motivation to join the company and why this role.
Did one interview I thought it went well but I was rejected at the first stage. Asked for feedback they said they choosed somebody already in the department.
