First interview video recorded, then proceeded for assessment centre, when you have 2 interviews: one with team leaders and another with managers. The final one is with a senior manager.
It was a natural conversation. Not tense. Almost didn’t even feel like I was having an interview. Tested both Japanese and English skills. They also asked me about their products

Interview
The process began with resume screening and an online assessment, followed by a recorded video interview and a phone interview. The first and second rounds focused heavily on diving deep into my motivation and assessing job fit. The final interview was centered on gauging my commitment and whether I would accept the offer if extended.

Begins with a personality assesment that also includes puzzles meant to test pattern recognition. The assesment and the personality quiz takes about 30-40 minutes and requires no preperation before hand.
