Interview
I was referred by another employee, so the process was fairly easy. I just had to submit my resume and a cover letter and then the hiring process and interview was fairly straightforward and easy. There was a phone interview, a Skype interview, a one-on-one and then I was offered the position. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Very simple interview. Met with 2 Campus Recruiters for 15 minutes. Very casual and was more like a conversation than an interview. Asked about involvement on campus and ideas to spread awareness of Bloomberg opportunities.

I attended Bloomberg Institute's one-day onsite event, during which I took the BAT test and had a first round interview at New York office. After one month, I received a second round telephone interview.
