If you pass the plum assessment, you get to an invite to a 6 question recorded interview. Unfortunately, I was able to proceed to the next round after the recorded interview. Also, I had to wait a month to receive the recorded interview invite and another whole month to get the results.

The first and second rounds focused heavily on diving deep into my motivation and assessing job fit.
