If you pass the plum assessment, you get to an invite to a 6 question recorded interview. Unfortunately, I was able to proceed to the next round after the recorded interview. Also, I had to wait a month to receive the recorded interview invite and another whole month to get the results.

The process began with resume screening and an online assessment, followed by a recorded video interview and a phone interview. The first and second rounds focused heavily on diving deep into my motivation and assessing job fit.
