Technical interview with 2 senior members of the team where they asked questions related to the role and what experience I had, followed by a take-home assignment which took about 2 days to do and another technical interview about the assignment. Overall it was a good experience with relevant and fair questions.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomreach (Amsterdam) in Jul 2018
Interview
Interview process started at the beginning of July.
I applied to the vacancy online and recruiter contacted me almost immediately.
- First stage - prescreen interview - general question about you and why do you want to change a job.
- One week later was scheduled interview with hiring manager. This guy told a lot about the company -
almost all interview. After he asked standard question "Whom do you see yourself in 5 years" and
am I interested in Team Lead position. After this step new technical interview was scheduled.
- Two guys led technical interview. Very standard questions about micro-service architecture -
nothing special to mention.
Few days later recruiter called me and told that they decided not continue with me.
The main reason - weak motivation - very standard response to any question.
General experience - waste of time. A lot of talks and no actions.
